Stay again for 2 nights at a very good winter offer rate. We were upgraded to a beautiful seaview room without any charge, The staff were again, very friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast was lovely as always. The hotel has seen many improvements over recent times, including to the pool and gym areas, We look forward to our next...

It is an imposing building, in a very good location. We just had one night here, mainly because it is so near to the dockyard (where we had business next day). Our room (at the front of the hotel) was spacious but the bed (two singles bolted together) wasn’t too comfortable and it was quite cold (the outer window wasn’t...

We stayed at this hotel with our family and when we arrived were immediately upgraded to a lovey corner suit. The wonderful receptionist stayed longer to make sure we were comfortable. Great service. Yes, it was a long drive but waking with a view of the sea was all worth it. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast while...

We have done a few short bargain breaks in the past, we only live 20 minutes from the hotel and have always enjoyed our visits. We decided to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday and booked 1 night on a dinner, bed breakfast and accommodation basis. The extremely limited menu offered did not bear any resemblance to the sample menu on...

I came in December and I found that it's a very poor customer care hotel, will not be returning again, 100% do not recommend and is not worth the money. Staff are rude and seems very unhappy in there working environment. This place got recommended to me and my partner and I'm very disappointed and wasn't expecting this at all.

The Falmouth hotel is just the type of hotels that's my cup of tea; old and elegant. With large rooms and an air of the style of yesterday. Very nice settings. All in all a very beautiful hotel by the seaside. We will most certainly repeat our visit

Our association meets every three months for lunch and this was our first visit to The Falmouth ... it won't be the last the food and hospitality were great and the surroundings gave a sense of occasion.

Staff we're very good but the hotel bar is very tired looking and rather dirty. The tea we ordered came with dirty cups and a rusty teapot. After we complained the staff replaced everything and gave us a full refund so in the end it's an experience we'll never forget - for all the wrong reasons

I have stayed at the Falmouth hotel on and off for business since July 2015. It's a grand old hotel on the seafront with lots of charm. Staff are helpful and friendly and the food is reasonably priced. My one word of caution is be aware it is a dog friendly hotel so you may find like I did that...

Stayed here for an awards night and the staff were absolutely brilliant and could not do enough for us. Sadly the rooms (we had an executive suite which was huge) are in desperate need of a refurb and our pink bathroom suite with raised corner bath was like a 70's museum piece. Really should have had 3 out of 5...
