A beautifully located B&B. We stayed here for a week on our two year anniversary and were not disappointed! The room was lovely, only about a two minute walk from the beach and twenty minutes walk from town! The breakfast was beautiful! The only thing we would say was that having a separate bathroom to the room we were in...

We took a weekend away at Falmouth to visit our son who has recently started at University there. Julie & Troy provide a warm welcome, wonderful guest rooms, spotless facilities and an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend you stay here!

Good convenient situation and very helpful hosts. The ensuite room was a converted garage and very cramped. Cannot get around without numbing Ito each other. Shower room also very cramped. Parking a problem although hosts offer to move your car so that you're not blocked in. Also breakfast not included. Very poor value for money.

Stayed at the guest house for 2 nights it was spotlessly clean, and we were upgraded to a superior room with a balcony it was lovely. Breakfast was great and the owners couldn't do enough to help you. Rooms were quite spacious and the bed very comfy, the hotel had some off street free parking which was great and the...

Very good breakfast, room with balcony and sea view, clean room with good size. Bathroom well equipped. Relativ close distance to town. Parking a little restricted (three cars in row - need to be shifted).

Lovely stay at a very clean, warm, family run B&B. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with the best poached eggs I have ever had! Yes, they were that good. Proper filter coffee also helped. Parking could be an issue but wasn't for us as there were spaces available but double yellows around that lovely area of Falmouth.

A very nice hotel, close to the beach and only a short walk into the centre of Falmouth. Very helpful owners who were happy to help. Great breakfast of local produce to set you up for the day. Highly recommended.

A lovely B&B very clean, excellent breakfast and friendly people who run the place. We had a room with balcony which was nice in the evening to sit out, they do have a sea view. We found the walk into town easy returning home is a uphill walk took us 7 mins but we are fit and walk fast. A...

We stayed in a superior room, very clean and bright. There are some details that we want to suggest to make the impression better: breakfast should have been included, and not extra charged! A small fridge should be available in the rooms. The pressure in the shower is very low. There is also a trapped odor in the rooms and...
