We booked this hotel for its central location in Newquay and I'm afraid that's about all it has going for it. The decor is old, worn and in serious need of a facelift. It is not very inviting to use a magnificent stairwell that has the step-edges of its royal blue and gold carpets stuck together with duck tape. The...

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The staff are amazing, kind and very helpful. All staff are pleasant and will help you with whatever you need. 'Lori' was outstanding and really made us feel at home. Laura on reception was fantastic and got us in at the last minute. I used the gym that was in...

If your in Newquay to party, and want a handy hotel, at the end of the night, this is a great choice. If you want a quiet time, in a modern style hotel, it may be a poor choice. All the staff were very helpful, and polite. The building and its interior, back in the day will of been a...

We selected the Legacy Hotel Victoria for its location close to the sea and because it seemed to possess a timeless charm from a past gone era. We were wrong. We had booked through Superbreaks and asked for a sea view if possible and adjoining rooms. We were travelling together with our daughter and her godmother. When we arrived the...

My wife booked a weekend away here with our 2 dogs a greyhound and lurcher. The welcome we got was fantastic and the staff just love dogs which is easy to see! We felt so comfortable there, the only place we could not go with them was the restaurant, totally understandable, but they set us up in the bar next...

I visit Newquay every year to see my niece, the hotel I booked turned out to be not as advertised so I ended up getting a last minute booking at this hotel, I thought it was a four star not a three. The hotel is very grand, the breakfast room was huge with high Victorian ceilings, it had lovely sea views...

Roxy, good morning. No you do not need to reserve a parking space. We have car parks on either side of the hotel and some parking at the front. You can arrive at any time and can use the facilities. We will have your room ready at midday.

Good morning. Check in is 3 pm. However you can arrive earlier and if rooms are ready we will check you in. You are still able to use facilities if arriving earlier, all we ask is you let reception know you are on site and let us have your car registration number.

Hi CJ, the lift is operational from the ground floor through to the fourth floor. I am assuming you are asking will it run down to the beach through the cliff. There are many hurdles we need to leap to reopen this facility and we hope one day soon to be able to do so.
