We booked this hotel, a double room for a three night holiday, and I must say it was wonderful, the room was spotless and very spacious, the bed was massive and so comfortable, lovely pool view room we got, only downside was there was no elevator to get to the room, and it was quite a fleet of stairs to...

Decent sized rooms, basic but clean. Very good nights sleep. No mobile phone signal but very good free WiFi. Adequate parking, lovely sea views. Great location for walking to lusty glaze beach for a friend's wedding. 4pm check in and 10am check out seems a little bit tight these days but overall we had a really good stay. Excellent breakfast!

Friendly staff, clean and well placed to explore the beautiful coastline with a bus stop 5 minutes away for the Newquay to Padstow bus, great if you are doing any coast path walks. Our room had a lovely view over the beach. The breakfast was excellent. This was a half price break bought as a present to us from friends....

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Clean well presented villa with beach view. Major draw for us was the heated pool but it was closed due to chemical issues for our last three days which seriously detracted from our enjoyment. That aside no complaints.

Many thanks for your kind feedback. We shared your disappointment when we had to take the decision to close the pool as the chemical levels moved outside of the safe parameters for it to be used. The safety of our guests is of paramount importance and we have to follow strict procedures regarding pool maintenance and when something occurs such...

One night stay which was easy to check in, good wifi and one of the best showers I've had in any hotel I've stayed at!!! Great power which on the 2 floor of a Manor House is rare!! Although just a couple we had a family room (no.22) which had good beds and spotless to boot. Gardens, parking and eating...

Booked in and on first impression was quite pleased, however evenings proved long as staff closed the bar early and left the desk unattended with just a contact number. Food overpriced and the restaurant closed at 8 also the beer was expensive and stale as not used much. The rooms were comfortable but not cleaned properly everyday as I left...

Thank you for your feedback. We take your points on board and will use them to review operations moving forward. With regards staffing there is always a fine balance to be maintained to ensure businesses remain profitable and when we are quiet then decisions may be made to shorten service times. With regards food costs, we offer 2 different menu's...

We were greeted by our receptionist and this was a pleasant experience. Be warned if you didn't know that there is no lift, but luckily our room was on the first floor. And our room was comfortable with a lovely firm bed. Tea, coffee and biscuits await you. Breakfast was included on our deal and this was mightily good. I...

We were given this stay as a present. Lovely hotel, very welcoming and easy to find. Room was really spacious and was well thought out. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided along with a hairdryer which is useful. Loads of storage cupboards. Bathroom was really big with a lovely walk in shower that was really hot. Loved the cupboard...

We had been transferred to this hotel owing to a mix up over bookings and found it extremely pleasant. The food was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone with no mobility problems. Sadly there was no lift and a lot of quite steep stairs.
