spent 4 nights here didn,t know till 15 before we where going here,been told by National holidays there where no triple rooms ,but there was my wife and granddaughter where booked in one,i had been charged £22 surcharge for a single room,the receptionist and manager couldn,t understand why National hadn,t phoned them,the staff where very friendly and helpful,but everywhere was...

Went on national coach trip last week mon to Friday. We had a pleasant drive there with 2 main stops for a brew and toilets .driver was pleasant. Me and my friend have just spent 5 days at the Narrowcliff hotel was lovely the staff were great I would go back to this Hotel the trips out were lovely and it could not have gone better I would tell anyone

Very drab and tired hotel seen better days. Staff were helpful and pleasant,food was OK, but our room (213) was terrible.Peeling wallpaper and damp patches on wall.Misted windows that negated the sea view. Old illfitting carpet.Wardrobe in state of collapse. And the bathroom.....dark and dingy with a shower over the bath with no hand holds that should be condemned.Getting a...

Another great holiday in Newquay staying again at the Narrowcliffe Hotel.Good Food.Lovely views.Clean and comfortable.Everyone friendly and helpfull,nothing too much trouble.Thankyou Ryan,Jean and all the other lovely staff.Room 314 looking out to sea what more could you want.

We have just enjoyed a break at this hotel and would agree with most of the recent comments. The manager Ryan is a hands on guy and is very good. I would guess he is a troubleshooter or specialist put in by the company to turn round failing hotels, We did our research before coming here, the other hotels looked...

Ryan all of the staff friendly and efficient the food was home made and lovely . The rooms we stayed in was badly in need of refurbishment the beds were clean and comfortable but their was no mattress protector.we would definitely visit again.

National Holidays trip, Greeted by Ryan on arrival, with tea, coffee cakes and biscuits, all complimentary!! Staff all very friendly, food excellent although hotel will improve the decor when refurbished.

Just got back from the narrow cliff yesterday what a lovely welcome cakes and pork pies tea and coffee what a smashing start to our holiday many thanks to the manager Ryan and jean on reception.and the girls in the restaurant the chef for wonderful meals the maids for a clean room and not forgetting Paula what a wonderful pleasure...
