Great location could walk to beaches and town centre but extremely quiet. Made kids and dogs welcome . Rooms clean and very well kept , breakfast perfect set us up for the whole day. Definitely worth a stay . We will be going back just a pity they close all winter or we'd go then as well .

Stayed four nights here with wife and son. Greg and Fiona had been very friendly and great during our stay. Hotel itself has number of parking lots but you would have to move or leave the keys at the hotel to allow others to get in/out. There are plenty of parking on the road outside. About 15 min walking distance...

Me and my husband went to Newquay to attend a friend's wedding. The three tees hotel was great for what we needed! The bed was comfy and breakfast was an added bonus. Greg and Fiona were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

It was really nice to be in such a welcoming space. We were looked after well and our room was perfect for what we needed. Greg and Fiona were very helpful in regards to what Newquay had to offer for us. Also - loved the breakfast set up each morning, we felt very spoilt.

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the breakfast was lovely. Very welcoming and organised certainly would stay there again but for a longer period. The location was excellent and meant we could just walk out of the Hotel, walk along the cliff top to the beach and down to the Harbour.

Lovely clean rooms, great breakfast, great hosts what more can I say. The hotel is close to the beaches and a short walk to town. If you are a dog owner I can highly recommend the Three Tees, Greg and Fiona are also dog lovers and welcome dogs.

Stayed a last minute overnight with our 18month old in a cot that was provided. Felt really welcome and the whole place was very clean. A bar was available though we didn't have time to use it but the breakfasts were great and it was only a short walk down to the beach

I've visited the Three Tees several times over the years and it's always a great place to stay. Greg and Fiona (the owners) are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well looked after. Breakfast is served at the table and can't be faulted. In the evening Greg plays the host behind the bar...
