I have stayed in many b&bs over the years...none are quite as good as the Invernook hotel. Very close to the town centre and beaches, free parking for 2 cars....I can't imagine this is enough in summer but in February that's fine. I was put in a large room because the single room was being decorated so I had plenty...

Stayed for some days to surf and it was a great experience. The owners Keith and Ros will make your stay amazing and the included, full english breakfast was perfect. The location is also very good - directly next to the town beaches and the shopping street and in walking distance from Fistral Beach.

Ros and Keith once again have delighted me by their hosting and breakfasts at the Invernook. Slept perfectly in a light modern well equipped room. Can't fault them time and time again just superb. My favourite place to stay in Newquay

Ideal location with shops, bars and seafront all in walking distance. Very welcoming hosts who couldn't do enough for you and made us feel very at home. Rooms really nice, great value for money, perfect Base for an exploring holiday with a great full English breakfast as well as cereal to start the day. Will definitely return for another visit....

Visited on the 10th September 2016, and stayed just for one night. The hotel was lovely and warm. We were welcomed by ros and Keith who run it. It was so lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were so brightly coloured, and nice. All in all will go again. With ros and Keith you can't find anyone welcoming...

Myself and my partner stayed for two nights at the Invernook Hotel and we were very impressed. Our room was small but very easy to move around, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we were just a short walk from the beach and sites, including the Zoo which was less than a mile away. The bed...

The two of us booked here for 3 nights over the Bank holiday weekend for a very pleasant stay. The hosts are a delightful and polite couple, whose names escapes me...Newquay itself is a busy place for those used to the smaller Cornish towns although it's still small enough to get around on foot.

Thanks to Keith & Ros for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. The hotel was perfect for me in terms of location, comfort, facilities and service. The personal touch was what made this 4 day stay so enjoyable for me and there was a real friendliness about the place. I shall certainly be back soon. Simon
