We had a practice retreat during this month at the Fistral beach hotel and spa. We were well looked after from the point of arrival. The facilities were fabulous, staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely return! They made our stay absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Jen in the spa for the hotstone massage, and Daniel for the attention and care in the restaurant, nothing was to much trouble. The weekend was topped off with a great surfing lesson with Ryan from the affiliated surf school. Thanks 👍

Hotel's Favourite
My wife and I stayed at the Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa from Tuesday 27th July 2021 for 3 nights. This was our first stay having received good feedback from friends. We arrived early which didn't prove a problem as we were checked in and welcomed by reception with a sea view room ( what a view ) and were delighted with our spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation. Queen bed was very, very comfortable and the room well equipped. Really powerful shower with plenty of Gaia Spa smellies. Everything we needed. I ordered Champagne for the room which was sat on ice ready and waiting. Not mentioned by reception who obviously new it was a surprise. We had breakfast in our room every day, booked at 9 am ( full English plus the Danish selection and coffee ). Every day it was delivered on time and was perfectly prepared but more importantly, it was hot. The spa facilities were good with a really nice temperature swimming pool. Very relaxed. The hot tub was really hot ( often they are just warm in spa's ) as well as powerful. Sauna's wet and dry were great too so very happy all round. My wife had a hot stone massage and scalp massage which she said was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the bar on numerous occasions including some bar food which was excellent. First night, for ease, we had dinner in the Dune Restaurant. My goodness. I have stayed in many hotels and dined at many restaurants around the world but was actually stunned with the quality of the food. The presentation and attention to detail was mind blowing. This led me to having the 6 course sample menu with drinks so I could truly experience the ability of the Chef and his team. Every single dish I had in this restaurant did not disappoint. The complexity and variety of flavours was absolutely World Class. How you can have one dish that delivers a different experience per mouthful is astonishing. Having dined in a number of Michelin star restaurants historically, I felt this was actually better, particularly if considering cost. What a pleasure to dine here and what a wonderful experience. In addition to this, the staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Good fun, friendly, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. This hotel team are a credit to their employers. Each and everyone from reception to bar, restaurant to housekeeping. I can't remember the last time I was able to write such a positive review for a hotel or restaurant, let alone both. First class all the way and a faultless performance from this incredible team. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.

A lovely short break (magnificent weather helped) in a sea view room with huge, comfortable bed. From our initial welcome to the friendliness of the bar and restaurant staff, all was perfect. The pool isn't bad either. Brilliant, thank you.

What a treat! We’ve stayed here before but I think this visit was the best yet. A friendly welcome; great service and delicious food in the bar and restaurant, with all of my food allergies catered for with no problems; wonderful treatments in the spa. Definitely a weekend to remember.

I absolutely loved this hotel. We had a Seaview room with a perfect view of the beach which meant that we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The staff were very friendly and the vegan food was delicious. The spa facilities are easy to use and the products provided in the room are lovely. I would definitely visit again.
