Overall we had a lovely time here, we only used the park as a base and went out every day. We paid for the highest grade caravan and it was great. The park itself is very hilly (we knew this before we booked), the facilities are quite basic, the soft play area is a bit run down ,the amusements was...

My family and friends stopped here for a week and would have given newquay holiday park a decent review because up until my family and friends were leaving on Saturday we were all having a pretty good time. The caravan was slightly damp and we noticed mold by the windows and in the bathroom. After 4 days both me and...

I recently visited Newquay holiday park for the first time. I've visited many parkdean sites before and I was not disappointed by Newquay holiday park. We found the park was ideally located to explore Newquay and it's surroundings. The caravan was clean and comfortable. The site had plenty to do and we found the park entertainments team fantastic. They made...

Visited here with 12 family members in 3 different caravans and we all had an absolutely fantastic time. The park itself is ideally located close to Newquay and is really well kept. The entertainment team are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. ( where else would you see the manager get 48 eggs and flour put over...

Before arriving at Parkdean we were told on a number of occasions it'd be okay to have one over 18 year old per caravan but when we arrived we were turned away. The staff at the park were very unhelpful and we're unable to provide us with an adequate reason why we weren't allowed to stay apart from because of...

Arrived at the caravan, after eating 20mins+ to check in, one person working alone on the desk, poor woman looked like she could have done with a drink!! Went into our caravan to find the strongest overwhelming stench of dogs on every surface. The fridge smells like something has died in there. When asking at reception to complain & upgrade,...

Arrived to find out that apparently 1 adult per caravan was not enough, despite having put the ages of everyone in the caravan when we booked over 3 months ago. We have stayed with park dean parks in croyde before and have never had an issue with the ratio of adults to under 18's The staff were not very helpful...

On arrival we picked up our caravan keys. We then went up to our caravan. When we opened the door it smelt like the bin hasn't been emptied. Then we noticed some flys in the in the caravan. As the evening went on the flys got worse and worse. So we had to go down to reception to get house...

Stayed here as a last minute break, originally booked a 2 bedroom caravan, but had a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. The park was lovely and our caravan was ideally situated although close to all the amenities we never had any problems with noise. We would love to return and explore more of the area.
