We stayed for two nights for my birthday in May, a mix of girls and guys. Staff were lovely and so friendly. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and felt very homely. Best B&B I have stayed in within central Newquay by far, no rules, no noise, friendly welcome and a scrummy cooked breakfast in the morning, felt like Nick and...

Lovely welcome from Nick who couldn't have been more helpful, I'm a vegan and he even offered to go to the supermarket to get me something suitable for my breakfast! I assured him I would be happy with beans on toast, and it was very nice - boyfriend had the full English which he happily demolished. Clean, good sized room...

We stayed for a weekend in May for a friends birthday. Michelle and Nick were very accommodating from the beginning. Due to travelling late, we weren't going to arrive until after midnight - but they made this very easy for us to get in. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, including a small TV. We had our own shower...

I really can't fault this place for value for money .Friendly, clean and great breakfast. OK i went out of season as a single traveller but thought it great to be given a double ensuite and all for only £25 a night. Will definately return .

Michelle & her family gave us a warm welcome and the location was very central, but not too noisy. Nothing was too much trouble. Bedroom & ensuite were clean & comfortable and breakfast was very good. Would recommend for families, couples or single travellers.
