What a beautiful site surrounded by amazingly colourful Hydrangeas. We were allocated a huge private pitch and found the toilets and showers spotless, the site kitchen was available to all with a kettle, tea and coffee, Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. we will definitely be going back, thank you for a lovely stay.

This place is outstanding, what you see on the website is what you get in person.
David is an amazing host and he and Ruth have created the perfect place to relax.
The cottage has lots of space and is all on one level. If you sit in the sun room all you can hear is the sound of birdsong.
The bed is soooooo comfortable and the view is to die for.
To be able to sit and look out of the window at the sea was just what I needed after a rough year.
It is accessible for someone with a walking stick and very easy to get to.
One evening we were lucky enough to watch the mist rolling in from the sea, it was something we had never seen before.
If you go look out for the beautiful, hand painted coasters in the room by the plant stall - I bought 6!
We will definitely be returning to The Lookout.

What a wonderful little camp site. Immaculate grassed areas with bushes/fencing dividing camping pitches. Extremely quiet apart from the bird song. The toilets, showers and washing up area are all spotlessly clean. The owners are lovely too! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic site, very good base for Cornwall. Spotlessly clean, large pitches, wonderful showers, amazing kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, kettle and sink. Quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. A truly perfect camp site. Thank you to our hosts Ruth and David ❤️. We will be back very soon.

What a beautiful site. Huge pitches boarded by hydrangeas. Very clean toilets and showers. Nice walk down to the beach (praa sands) via the golf course. Lots of local information in the site hut and the owner was very pleasant. Possibly the nicest site we’ve ever stayed on. 👍

We booked a 2 week stay here in our trailer tent with our 2 young boys. The owners weren't there on our arrival to aid with pitching etc. The owners did not know information about camping supplies and local family friendly attractions. They were also overly concerned about noise - which is very difficult on a site advertised as family and child friendly. The site also provides washing and drying facilities, and ask for a donation towards this. However, we were questioned in a very unfriendly manner by the owner, who told us we were 'pushing it' after only doing 4 washes/ dries in 2 weeks for a family of 4, and planning on making a £15 donation.
Overall a lovely family holiday on a nice site ruined by some very rude, misplaced comments by the unfriendly owners.
If you have children, I would advise you not to stay here. Will not return.

Bos Verbas is now under new management. We are a small quiet site. We welcome children on site, but do not have any specific facilities for them

If only more sites were like this!
We arrived and were met by David who was super friendly and gave us an unhurried tour of the site and facilities.
When he shown us our pitch we were amazed at the size of the huge space allocated to us. We were able to position our campervan and tent freely within the immaculate grassed area as it was a non electric pitch so not restricted to hooking up.
Luckily the weather was great so got to visit many beaches and beautiful places within the locality.
We made full use of the kitchen which is a great help for storing food and refreezing blocks.
We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night!
When we return to Cornwall this will be our first choice site to stay at
Thanks so much.😁

Our week at this site has renewed our faith in the pleasure of camping. The generous size of the pitches, the well maintained landscaping, the convenient location, and the friendly people all made it a wonderful holiday.

We stayed in the annexe whilst my daughter was in a shepherd's hut. Both were immaculate and equipped with every little extra we could possibly need. The site and gardens are beautifully kept and very quiet. The location and views are fantastic. Beautiful beaches are on the doorstep, whilst Falmouth is only a short drive away. I highly recommend Bos Verbas.

Very warm welcome, peaceful site with very clean facilities, one of the best campsites we have stayed on. The summerhouse is beautiful place to sit in on an evening looking over the sea. The grass pitches are kept short and very spacious.
