The site is situated in a sheltered position along the seafront on the beautiful shores of Mounts Bay giving all the caravans magnificent sea views from Penzance and St Michaels Mount round to the Lizard The charming fishing village of Mousehole with its picturesque harbour is just a 500-yard stroll along the seafront. Our location is ideal for visitors who wish to explore West Cornwall's many coves, beaches and places of interest with Land's End and St.Ives only a 30 minute drive away. From the site you can take the coastal walk, with its breathtaking views, to Lamorna Cove or take the coastal route around the Bay through Newlyn and Penzance to Marazion and St Michael’s Mount. A regular bus service runs from the site entrance through Newlyn to the main coach and train station in Penzance With it’s stunning views Penlee Caravan Park is ideal for a relaxing holiday

Have just come back from two fabulous weeks on this brilliant site...the caravans and the views are stunning. Loved sitting at night and watching the little fishing boats coming an going, makes you realize the dangers they put themselves in to catch fish. The caravans are so well positioned that everyone has a sea view and they are spotless upon arrival. A lot of hard work goes into to making them so under the present climate. Have already booked for next year and we cannot wait. You would not want to stay anywhere else.

We've just come back from a wonderful 7 night stay at Penlee Caravan Park. The Holiday home we stayed in was clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything you would need for a 'self catering' vacation. The 'home' we stayed in was Number 3 and the views across Mounts Bay are absolutely spectacular.. my wife was sick of me saying 'look at that view'!! The site itself is small and very quiet.. and it's in a great location for Mousehole or Newlyn.. about 5 mins walk from Mousehole and around 12 - 15 mins walk from Newlyn. We had intended on 'eating out' most nights but ended up 'eating in' or in the lovely little garden area next to the Holiday Home complete with picnic bench! The shower in the Holiday home was absolutely brilliant.. better than many we've experienced in some good hotels! I know David, the owner, has invested in a new water system and it's definitely worked!! All in all a brilliant break.. thank you David 😁

We have just returned from David’s lovely caravan Park in Mousehole. Our last caravan holiday was 40 years ago so didn’t really know what to expect. It was a total surprise to us how cosy and comfortable we were. The caravans are spotlessly clean and operated with full Covid caution, they are fully equipped absolutely everything you need. Heating at the flick of a switch and hot water all day, and a full force shower. The views were amazing. We felt safe and secure. The whole experience is expertly run we booked a return trip before we left. Thank you for a great stay.

Exactly what we needed! An extremely clean, peaceful and small caravan park within an easy 5 mins stroll in to mousehole. If you are after an on site bar, entertainment and lots for kids to do, this is not for you. We arrived for a week in august with our 13 year old in need of relaxation and this is what we got. The owner was on hand when we first arrived and was available if needed. The caravans all appear to have the most wonderful view of the bay. Ours had 2 bedrooms and was extremely clean. It was cosy and again, just what we needed. Shower has wonderful and the beds comfortable. Would highly recommend this. Only 16 caravans in a horseshoe shape. Just fabulous. We will be back.

We picked Penlee Caravan Park for it's location cut out of the hills above the sea creating stunning views across Newlyn Harbour and proximity to Mousehole which is a 15 minute walk away. Take an evening stroll to the harbour for an ice cream or visit one of the village pubs. The site has only 15 caravans, each with a small area in which to sit outside. There is a central grass area for children and those wanting to sunbathe. One note there is no gate to the site, so dogs have to be on the lead and the B road to Mousehole outside the site, so children should be supervised. We went before school holidays which meant that the site was not so busy and quiet at night, apart from seagulls landing on the roof!
Our caravan was basic, but has everything you need including TV for rainy days with many available channels and plenty of hot water in the shower for sunny days sand.

Once again we have had a fabulous holiday at this quiet location , amazing views from our window of St Michaels Mount , with dolphins swimming by and a local bus that stops at the gate. Mousehole ,Newlyn and Penzance minutes away. The caravan is spotless and is well equipped, Dave the owner is so friendly and at hand if you ever needed anything ! We have rebooked for next year !

Utterly superb! This is our second visit and we will be going for a 3rd in the future. Small and very cosy site, very well maintained with lovely caravans. The views are spectacular and very relaxing, especially in the evening. David the owner is a great bloke.

Just got home from a fantastic 7 days at the Penlee Caravan Park. David and his little dog, Charlie, are wonderful hosts. The caravans are very clean, the site is wonderful and very well situated just outside Mousehole. It’s in a good place to walk into Mousehole or Newlyn. There are regular buses into Penzance. I will definitely be returning.

Perfect site in the perfect location. Fantastic views of Mount's Bay. Excellent location for exploring Cornwall. Lovely quiet site. Highly recommend. 5 min walk into Mousehole and 50 mins to Penzance. Caravan and site were both clean and tidy. Could spend hours just watching the Bay for dolphins and seals, the latter which joined us for a swim in the morning
