My husband and I stayed here. The location was great - within walking distance of the town centre, bus stops and bus station. We had a lovely room with a sea view, it was comfortable and clean. We had dinner on one evening for our wedding anniversary and the Manager very kindly brought out half a bottle of champers on...

We did not stay here, we just happened to walk past looking for an evening meal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were ushered to our seaview table in the dining room and the drinks came quickly. Whilst we were waiting for our food we were served bread and chilli jam, which was a nice little touch. Our...

Part of a group on a south coast path walking trip. Couldn't' fault it. Warm welcome and room upgrade - thank you! Offroad covered parking, luxurious room and facilities. Excellent restaurant. Great choice of breakfast and attentive service. No lift so bit of a struggle upstairs/fire doors etc might be a problem for some. Evening meal and breakfast very good...although...

My father and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Excellent location with great sea views. The staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The two single rooms we stayed in were comfortable and spotless (cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in). It was lovely having both a bath/shower. Refreshment facilities in the rooms were...

Older style hotel that has been refurbished to a high standard. We stayed two nights on the second floor with views from the window of the seafront across to St. Michael's Mount. Good sized room with a comfortable bed. There was a little bit of noise from passing traffic, which didn't bother us, but may be an issue if you...

This hotel in Penzance is for a transit night- not bad. But it does not guarantee the safety of your personal belongings in the room and there is no security or video surveillance system.Be very careful! You can be robbed if you go to breakfast on the day of leaving the hotel.Don't leave your bag in the room! We were...

STATEMENT TO GENERAL PUBLIC The members review refers to an alleged incident that we invited the police to investigate as we felt the reported circumstances to be very suspicious and un true against our employees. Devon & Cornwall Police attended and interviewed all relevant parties with the conclusion that there was no evidence that a crime had occurred. Since that...

During our stay in March our group of ten people stayed in the hotel and we were the only customers in the hotel at that time. The evening before we were asked what time we would be having breakfast and what we would like to have. During the breakfast thieves came into some of the rooms and stole money (around...

It's a little walk out of Penzance along the prom, but worth it. Comfortable and spotless rooms. An excellent dinner menu with familiar things freshly prepared in mouth watering ways. Who can wrong starting the day with egg royale either!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights mid week and had a thoroughly wonderful time. We had Room 2 which is a premium double on the first floor with two bay windows each with magnificent views over the bay. The accommodation was first-class. Whilst traveling to the Isles of Scilly we were marooned by fog at Land's End Airport and needed accommodation in Penzance, the airport gave us the details of the Beachfield Hotel situated right on Penzance promenade and we couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice range of teas, coffees and toiletries, plenty of...

Located on the sea front in Penzance, Cornwall, the Beachfield Hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mount's Bay, from The Lizard to Newlyn Harbour with St Michael's Mount glitteringly prominent at centre stage.
