Very comfortable and friendly hotel in Penzance. Lovely linens in the comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hearty breakfast served by attentive young people and very nice common areas for enjoying a drink or relaxing with games and reading. Located on the Penzance Promenade about 2km from the train station. What more could you want? Thanks for a relaxing... More

A super small hotel in a great location. Reception staff were very polite and friendly and explained everything on arrival. Car park has parking put you can also park on the street for free also. The hotel has modern decoration in an older type of building. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and with a smile. Wi-fi was free and seemed... More

Stayed overnight in 2 rooms en-route to the Isles of Scilly. The building looks victorian in vintage but the owners have tried to decorate in a clean modern style and done a good job. Both our rooms had a great view of the promenade. Photos on the hotel website are a fair reflection of what we found. I think it's... More

I wish we had more time here! Stopped for a night during our exploration of Cornwall. Rooms were tastefully decorated and well kept, view from our 2nd story windows was breathtaking! Wonderful breakfast served in the morning - one of the best eggs Benedict that I've had. Would definitely stay here if our travels take us this way again.

Great location opposite the sea, easy walk to the bus station. We had a beautiful suite with 2 bay windows with sea and town views. Large comfy queen bed, 2 easy chairs from which to view the sea, reading material and sweets. A dresser and chair, slippers and robes and lovely bathroom. The breakfast included was superb with a choice... More

Hi we stay just the one night, it looks like the hotel has just been refurbished, the bar lounge and restaurant, had a lovely feel to it, dinner was very good and reasonably priced I had fillet steak at £17.95, it was cooked just right. The staff made us feel very welcome.

Really comfortable hotel. Very warm welcome. I travelled by motorcycle and the hotel were able to provide me a space in a secure garage for my bike. A lovely comfy room and an excellent full English to start your day. Highly recommend. Good value for money.

This hotel has been refurbished to very high standard and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. This is a massive improvement to how this hotel was a few years ago. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order with side buffet of cereals, fruit etc. The Eggs Benedict were perfect. At the end of the promenade it is about... More

Located on the sea front in Penzance, Cornwall, the Beachfield Hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mount's Bay, from The Lizard to Newlyn Harbour with St Michael's Mount glitteringly prominent at centre stage. A Victorian building dating from the 1860s and standing on grounds that were once fields and dunes where fishermen dried their nets, our hotel has long been a favourite for those who know Penzance well.
