I stayed at the Beachfield Hotel for 3 nights and loved it. The room was very modern, had a comfortable bed, and a large bay window with a sea view looking onto the promenade and friendly helpful staff. It is ideally situated, near bus stop to Land's End, close to the city center. Thai restaurant next door is amazing.

We had to book at the last minute due to bad weather affecting flights to the Scillies, and the manager was very accommodating, giving us a nice quiet room with a seaview. The room was very comfortable and we slept as well as con be expected. The disappointment for us was the breakfast, which was only a buffet because we...

We stayed here on our way to the Scilly isles. It's location is perfect for the ferry and rooms were very clean with all facilities, wifi, coffee making, clean fluffy towels - nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing - dinner & breakfast.

We stayed at Beachfield for two nights en route to Scilly. It has a lovely location , and sea views are excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of food, both at breakfast- delicious Eggs Florentine was my favourite- and dinner. The menu was focused, beautifully cooked, and well-balanced. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We walked...

we used this hotel as a stop-over on the way to the scillies and it exceeded my expectations. We were given a very good reception and the hotel is smart and newly decorated. Parking is limited but there is roadside parking which we used for two weeks in the scillies. Our dog was made welcome. The bedroom was small but...

We booked a night here after finding out our hotel room elsewhere was incorrectly allocated. So with little research and a quick call we headed down to Penzance. The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of on road free parking. The hotel reception was friendly, efficient and made sure we felt welcome. The room we had was...

I have stayed at the Beachfield twice now, and on both occasions enjoyed a pleasant stay in calm surroundings. The first was an overnight stay with my youngest son, and the latest, again with my son, but also with my wife and our two dogs. The hotel is well equipped, has everything you would need for your stay, and supplies...

We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights in late July. Check in was great, very happy, helpful lady. We had a second floor room with dual aspect so had views across to St Michaels mount and also out to sea. The room was large and very well equipped. Very clean throughout. The bathroom felt new and was also...

We booked 2 rooms and got a twin for our boys and paid extra for the corner promenade view (room 2) which was lovely for ourselves. Our room was well worth it but the boys room was average. The breakfast was very good with a good selection and attentive staff. The only downside was that our room opened up onto...

My sister and i, with my little puppy, were staying at a local guest house. We booked there as not many places welcome dogs and some were very expensive for just a weekend. But we were shocked by how uncomfortable we were at this guest house. So i reached out to the Beachfield at 3 am (as we could not...

Located on the sea front in Penzance, Cornwall, the Beachfield Hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mount's Bay, from The Lizard to Newlyn Harbour with St Michael's Mount glitteringly prominent at centre stage. A Victorian building dating from the 1860s and standing on grounds that were once fields and dunes where fishermen dried their nets, our hotel has long been a favourite for those who know Penzance well.
