A wonderful and tranquil place to stay. The cottage was so homely and just the place to relax, would highly recommend. Plenty of places to eat in the village, would highly recommend the pub within a 5 minute walk, also lovely local walks. Parking is not far at the local pay and display.

Whilst the property is ideally placed in Port Isaac, do not believe the description. It is not a cottage but an annex to the owners house. It is completely overlooked by the windows and rear entrance of the owners house and also directly (through the entrance gates) into the lounge/kitchen/dining area from passers-by in Middle Street. With the settee being...

My family and I went to the Cup Cake Cafe for breakfast. £5.90 for 1/2 small grilled tomato, 1 piece of sliced bread, I small rasher of poor quality bacon. It was laughable! We certainly won't be back and we feel bad about not complaining at the time.

Lovely spot just by the lifeboat house. Nigel, the owner, has a wealth of local information which he's happy to share. Get him talking about the lifeboat and there's no stopping him! Decent cup of tea and the cakes are fab! Cafe is old and full of character.

To be fair my criticism of the Cup Cake Cafe is not for the quality of the produce ...which was okay. I do not understand how the owners can justify charging £11. 30 for a small cup of tea and coffee 1 gluten free biscuit and a piece of Rocky Road !! and to takeaway in paper cups!! The Cafe...

The location so close to the harbour was fantastic, the rooms are functional and comfortable, the breakfats are served at 9am in the teacake shop were very good. Nigel was helpful with local knowledge and tips where to go and visit during the day. Dropping luggage off and picking luggage up was not that difficult as locals understand the need...

I stayed at Kittiwake Cottage with my girlfriend and her parents. The location of the cottage is just perfect and is run by Nigel and Angela, who operate the Cupcakes Tea Room, which is adjacent to the rooms. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. However, it behooves me to mention the one or two issues we experienced, which left...

We recently stayed 3 nights in the picture postcard seaside village of Port Isaac. Our accommodation fronted the courtyard of the cupcakes tearooms. This was ok for us as we were out sightseeing all day, but if you were planning a relaxing stay in the village it may not suit , as whilst business is operating, customers from tearoom sit...
