We stayed in one of the Garden rooms back in May. The whole experience was fantastic including the view, the cleanliness and all the furniture and equipment. I spoke to the owner a few times before our trip and he was always very polite and extremely helpful. I would not even hesitate to book another holiday there. Thank you.

This is by a long way the best holiday apartment we've stayed in - incredibly comfortable, clean, quite and very well furnished and equipped. The apartments have fabulous views across Carbis Bay and St Ives is only a 5minute train ride away or a 30 minute walk. the only downside would be for families with very young children or people...

We stayed in Sea Garden Apartment 7 for a week in July 2013. Very impressed with the apartment with lovely distant views over towards St Ives. What sets Hawkes Point apart from other self catering places is the quality of all of the furniture and equipment, no expense spared and it was really appreciated. I love the style of the...

Fabulous location, cleanliness excellent and lounge stunning. However, water heater faulty, so no hot water day of arrival. Spare part ordered, but had not arrived 6 days after reporting the fault! Be warned that the compromise for a stunning lounge is very small bedrooms & en-suite. If you suffer with a bad back the beds are extremely uncomfortable, particularly the...

Thank you for submitting a review with Trip Advisor. I am extremely sorry that you experienced a problem with the hot water supply whilst on your holiday with us. The situation was made extremely complicated due to the back up system becoming faulty during your stay and so the hot water cylinder had to be switched on manually from 'auto'...

This was our second stay in Hawke's Point, in the same single-bed apartment, and again it was absolutely brilliant. The location is great - out of St Ives at Carbis Bay but with the stunning coast walk to the town, or a couple of minutes' journey on the branch line train. The apartment is perfectly apportioned and brilliantly comfortable -...

We have just spent a week at Hawke’s Point, delighted to find that all the other reviews are true! Our apartment (No 6) was spacious, comfy and well-equipped with a fabulous view over the bay to St Ives, and all the extra touches were very welcome. We’ve been visiting St Ives annually for six or seven years now, and weren’t...

Hawke's Point - a fabulous place to stay if you are planning a Cornish holiday. Easter 2013 was our first time at both Carbis Bay and Hawke's Point and we will definitely be back again (already booked for the summer!). The quality of the accommodation at Hawke's Point is truly 5 star. The ability to order a shopping delivery of...

Fantastic apartment, great views and facilities. Short walk to the train station or Carbis Beach. Home from home whilst having a short break without the kids. Would Definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We stayed in penthouse 28 in April for a long weekend and loved everything about the apartment. The attention to detail is great and the owners have catered for your every need. Cream tea and fizz on arrival, huge sofa, DVDs and wii, comfortable beds. The only thing we would have liked to see improved was the water pressure for...

We recently stayed in penthouse 28 at the Sands, Hawkes Point. When we entered the apartment the only way to describe it was as though it was Christmas morning!! Finding the Amazing view, how suberbly equipped the kitchen was, the cream tea on arrival - and bottle of champagne!! Wii games and dvd's plus board games and books, everything is...
