Extraordinary. Big bay window alongside a private open balcony, both belong to Room 2 overlooking town, harbour and sea. In addition to our great room, breakfast was generous, delicious and as healthy as you choose. Antony and Tim are lovely.

Little Leaf Guest House is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast. It is centrally located (walking distance to the center of St. Ives is approx. 10 min) and a public parking lot is right around the corner. Antony and Tim are the perfect hosts and we received a very warm welcome. They upgraded us to a room which has a beautiful...

I think this might be the best B&B I have experienced. The location is great, close to the town centre, with great views over the harbour. The rooms (we had two) were immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable - Room 2 enjoys a magnificent view with a couple of armchairs in the bay window in which to sit back and...

Myself and my newly appointed fiancee came to the little leaf with high expectations and weren't disappointed! I had contacted Anthony prior to our visit to ask if he could sort something special for us as we had got engaged the day before on my girlfriends birthday the day before ( sorry love, fiancee) we arrived to find "congratulations" strewn...

Hello Jon, Many thanks for your kind review. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, and we were very happy to do whatever we could to make it special. Would be great to see you back again in St Ives. For now though, all the best for the two of you. Antony & Tim

This is a perfect little B&B with welcoming staff and breathtaking views over the city of St Ives and out to the sea beyond. The owners went above and beyond in the hospitality stakes and nothing was a problem from recommending restaurants, activities in the surrounding area, bus timetables or agreeing to let me camp out for a few hours...

What a find, I can't wait to return!!! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed into what felt like the family home of Tim and Anthony. The house was filled with the aroma of good home cooking and it was lovely to meet Tim and Anthony together with there lovely daughter. We were allocated the garden room which...

A really friendly place with a great breakfast! Located within easy walk of the harbour makes Little Leaf a good place to base yourself. Room was very nice and clean with a few treats left by the owner to make us feel welcome All in all I'd recommend choosing Little Leaf when visiting St. Ives

Stayed in room 4 which was small but the furnishings finishing touches were brilliantly done. It was a fairly quick walk into town uphill/steps but it only took 10 minutes and there's a car park next door though you might need to wait a bit spaces do become free and if you are arriving after 6pm and leaving before 10am...

Since our last visit to Little Leaf it has changed owners, but I am pleased to say they are keeping up the high standards! Very friendly, lovely breakfasts and everything you would expect at a top B&B but at a reasonable price. Location is perfect with fantastic views and a short downhill stroll into town. We will definitely be back...

This was the first time we have visited St Ives so I can't say if the Little Leaf is the best Guest House that this beautiful part of the country has to offer. What I can say is that our stay in October was simply superb & when we do return to Cornwall we won't be looking any further than...
