We stayed at the Countryman twice in 11 months. Rob (Elvis), and Sylvia, are excellent hosts. Nothing is too much trouble, the breakfasts are very good, and food eaten by guests, and those coming in for a meal whilst not staying, were thoroughly enjoyed. At night, having walked our legs off, we were greated, (after a little nap ), with... More

For the first time we felt that we would rather spend our evenings in the hotel bar/living room than spend it in our room. Robert and... More

Booked in to the Countryman Hotel just outside of St Ives for a two night stay. Parked in the car park was a van belonging to the hotel owner Rob Wilkinson stating that he is an Elvis impersonator. Unfortunately he was not performing whilst we were there. The hotel has 9 rooms and we were in room 5 which was... More

Rob & Sylvia organised a wonderful evening for myself, family & friends to celebrate my 50th. We had the hotel exclusively to ourselves and were aloud to decorate etc. Lovely hotel, Amazing buffet & brilliant entertainment from 'Elvis' himself... Which we all really enjoyed... Thank you both so much for making my day so special.. Keep up the good work...
