My boyfriend booked this hotel for us to stay in St Ives from Saturday to Monday. It was my birthday. We arrived quite early to St Ives and drove straight to Blue Hayes to find out if we could leave our car. We were welcomed by receptionist and Malcolm, the owner of Blue Hayes. We had been introduced to the...

The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were always happy and helpful. The introduction to the hotel was very helpful and comprehensive. The Comfort level in our room was high and everything had been thought of in advance. This was our first stay at Blue Hayes and we were certainly not disappointed. On arrival we were welcomed as soon as we pulled onto the car park and after the formalities, given a tour of the hotel and its facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel could not have been bettered and the views were fantastic. We stayed for eight...

We've just had a very relaxing family stay at Blue Hayes Hotel. Malcolm and his staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. The rooms were immaculate, the beds so comfy and the breakfasts were delicious - so much choice! I'd highly recommend it and we wouldn't think twice about staying again. We had booked three rooms - the Godrevy Suite,...

I can't remember how many times we have returned to this excellent hotel in St Ives. We are drawn back time and time again by the wonderful rooms, magnificent views over Carbis Bay and, most importantly, the attentive and friendly approach of all the staff. From stepping out of the car to waving goodbye, there is nothing that is too...

We stayed here two years ago and we are pleased to say it is still as fabulous. The rooms are of such a high standard it is difficult to choose which one to stay in, in fact the whole hotel is beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are legendary with such a choice and of great quality. We took advantage of the...

We visited Blue Hayes again and, I'm pleased to say, everything remains as good as ever. Malcolm and his team make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. Nothing seems to be a problem for them and the whole Blue Hayes experience is very relaxing. If you are lucky enough to have sunny weather,...
