Stayed in room 8 for 2 nights. Lovely spacious room despite being the smallest in the hotel. Lovely bathroom. Nice quiet hotel that is only about 5 minutes from the center of st Ives and the bus station, and 3 minutes from the train station. Also a lovely quiet beach just outside. Breakfast was great, so much choice with a...

We had the chance to escape to St Ives, sadly only for one night on this trip, and were intending to travel by train for a change. Looking for a hotel not far from the station, we were able to get a room here. We struck gold. This hotel is pretty much right next to the station, in a quiet...

Great sea view and comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast was excellent and made to feel very welcome. Look forward to returning in the near future. Local restaurants just a short walk away the beach is just a stones throw away. Well worth a visit.

We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly I couldn't fault it. The staff were so friendly and helpful and told us all about the local sights. The rooms were gorgeous and we had a balcony that overlooked the sea. It's not as central as some of the other hotels in St Ives, but we liked that. The breakfast was...

Well Primrose Valley Hotel might sound like old ladies and lavender bags but nothing could be further from the truth. This is a beautifully modern hotel within a stylish old exterior in a very quiet but convenient location by the sea with easy walks into town. The hotel really is an example of how it should be done and is...

What a gorgeous long weekend we had at the Primrose Valley Hotel! The location, the room, the staff and the food were all amazing. We felt at home immediately and loved it so much more than other hotels and B&Bs we have stayed at in St. Ives. And we have stayed at some very nice ones. The breakfast was delicious...

This was our first stay at Primrose Valley Hotel and it certainly won't be the last. From start to finish we felt relaxed and very comfortable. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Thankyou to the lovely Natasha, her partner and the rest of the staff for looking after us and their attention to detail. Fantastic break.

Hotel in perfect location, room we had was room no 9 which was large with shower and wooden cladding as a backdrop. We walked into the town which took less than 10 mins and was a really pleasant walk . The following day we had breakfast that was cooked to perfection and was really hot, there was lots to chose...

Stayed B&B for 2 nights over a very wet weekend It only has 9 rooms and since it doesn't offer Lunch or Dinner, the ample downstairs lounge was uncrowded. It was a nice touch having complimentary flapjacks/cakes in the afternoons The room was clean and reasonably spacious, although some might think it's a bit spartan. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom...

It is a delightful 9 bedroom Edwardian building idyllically located only seconds away from Porthminster beach and just a flat five minute walk to the Harbour and centre of St Ives town.
