Hotel in perfect location, room we had was room no 9 which was large with shower and wooden cladding as a backdrop. We walked into the town which took less than 10 mins and was a really pleasant walk . The following day we had breakfast that was cooked to perfection and was really hot, there was lots to chose...

Stayed B&B for 2 nights over a very wet weekend It only has 9 rooms and since it doesn't offer Lunch or Dinner, the ample downstairs lounge was uncrowded. It was a nice touch having complimentary flapjacks/cakes in the afternoons The room was clean and reasonably spacious, although some might think it's a bit spartan. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom...

We needed a b&b with a sea view close enough to town so that we could walk in without having to climb all the hills. This place fits the bill exactly as it is only 500 m from town centre and 50 m from a lovely beach. Also has free parking. Our room looks over the beach and sea also...

Stayed here for one night in September (as part of our tour around Cornwall). The narrow and steep downhill was somewhat adventurous (as instructed by sat nav) - really didn't think we'd find the hotel but we actually did - and it had parking! We received a very warm welcome and people were very friendly and helpful. It felt like...

Stayed here for two nights in a ocean view room with balcony. Views are perfectly calming and expansive of the beach below. The hotel boasts an excellent location, perfect for strolling along the beach below with close proximity to town. Loved having windows and balcony to open up and enjoy in the morning. I think I was in room 3....

We stayed one night here and had a really nice room with a good sea view. The hotel is very well-appointed, clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient for walking into St Ives. The only issue is that access is down a steep narrow lane and since we were not pre-advised of this, we had a bit of...

Great place. Lovely, immaculate and close to town. Our hosts were fantastic and made a real effort to make us feel welcome, offered suggestions for walks, pubs, etc. Ended up staying an extra day. Do not miss breakfast, particularly the eggs benedict. Looking forward to returning.

This is a beautiful small hotel, the best we've stayed in yet in St Ives, and we've stayed in quite a few (all good). Just refurbished (and more general improvements to be made this winter) in a lovely contemporary style. If I were taking on a hotel, this is how I'd do it! Our room (5) was large with a...

This hotel is located close (5 minute walk) to St Ives with great sea views. It has been recently re-furbished to a high standard with a "rustic chic" feel. Lots of white offset by natural wood fittings. Access is down a very narrow lane, but once you arrive parking is good. Follow hotel instructions to the hotel be wary of...

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful romantic stay with lovely, unobtrusive friendly staff, do book a stay here. we had the most wonderful time. It is a delightful 9 bedroom Edwardian building idyllically located only seconds away from Porthminster beach and just a flat five minute walk to the Harbour and centre of St Ives town.
