A very well situated guest house. We enjoyed a very delicious and healthy breakfast with a large choice of ingredients, the breakfast room was very friendly and loving decorated. The serivce was excellent over all. The refreshments at the house bar were very welcomed and comfortable. The rooms are very beautiful, nice view to sea and lovely garden in front... More

Just returned from 3 nights at Headland House and will definitely be back one day. Short break started off a bit miserable with the weather but it brightened up and the weather was glorious in the end - did not want to leave. Mark and Fenella are great hosts, Mark giving tips whenever you go out for the day and... More

July 31 & 1 Aug 2013. Stayed for 2 nights & didn't want to leave! Fenella & Mark were perfect hosts, advising the best restaurants & ice cream parlours -although beware of marauding seagulls on the beach- I had mine whisked away by a seagull in full flight!! The room was lovely with large en-suite & roll top bath- the... More

We stayed here in late July during the UK heatwave. It was a great location for Carbis Bay, just a few minutes away. St Ives isn't far either, and you can get the train in (they're every hour). Usually you don't have to pay either because there's no machine at Carbis Bay and the inspector on board will issue you... More

This was our 3rd visit in a year, and this time we stayed in the Porthcurno room on the 2nd floor for 3 nights. Amazing views, and I think my favourite of the 3 we have stayed in. We were lucky with the weather (stayed the 2nd week in June) and we ventured onto the beautiful Carbis Bay beach. There... More

My boyfriend and I went to Headland House in March to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Mark and Fenella really know how to run a boutique hotel; we were well looked after from the moment we booked right up to when they waved us off! The room was very comfortable, amazing views (we were in... More

We stayed at Headland House at the end of June, it was brilliant. The B & B itself is very sweet and the special touches of afternoon tea, hot chocolate in the room made it feel very special. The beach in Carbis Bay was stunning, perfect for early morning walks. Fenella & Mark were very warm & welcoming and made... More

Have just come back from a weekend at Mark and Fenella's gorgeous hotel and happy to say everything is even better than it was the last time we visited. The rooms are divine, the view is gorgeous, breakfast is delicious and the hosts are everything you want from a boutique hotel - there when you need them but discreet the... More

We returned to Headland House, a few years after our last visit and were relieved to find everything just as perfect as when we left. We were greeted by Mark and Fenella, like old friends and even treated to some amazing Lavender chocolate as a congrats gift on my pregnancy. The place never ages, which is testament both to the... We arrived at Headland house in the early afternoon to be met by the owners Mark and Fenella who made us feel instantly welcome as we were shown around the hotel and even had our bags carried to our room.
