From the moment we met Mark and Barbara (and Barney) and stepped into their wonderful home, I knew we had made the right choice. We stopped in the B&B room and it was immaculate. Mark and Barbara are warm hosts and you are quickly made to feel at home. The separate lounge is great and you are provided with crockery...

Ian and Julie Thank you very much for your review and kind comments about our hospitality. We're pleased that you enjoyed our breakfasts - especially our home-made rhubarb compote. It's a real favourite with many guests. Mark's been on a cake baking course since your visit; so who knows, he may well bag a prize at next year's St Just...

A very relaxing stay in The Dairy at Roundhouse Barns. The accommodation is of a very high standard with a large kitchen with built in appliances, a living room with comfortable seating and a large TV (with sky) DVD player with a selection of films, small Hi Fi and an ipod stereo, bathroom with large shower and roll top bath...

We stayed in Cockle cottage in the last week of July. We had a wonderful week of rest and relaxation. A beautiful cottage set in a tranquil location. We did not have the weather but this made no difference to our stay. It was such a lovely romantic break.

Hi Tracey - thanks so much for the lovely review of Cockle Cottage. We are glad you had a lovely restful and relaxing holiday. Hopefully next time you might see a bit more Cornish Sunshine without that cold wind! Best Wishes

Stayed in B and B suite for 3 nights - very comfortable and good breakfasts, with a lot of variety. The separate lounge was a nice touch! Owners very nice and friendly. Had a great few days despite chilly wind and look forward to going back in the future

Glad you enjoyed your stay, the new breakfast room /lounge for the B&B Suite is proving very popular for those who like a bit of privacy during their stay. Hope to see you both again, perhaps when the weather has warmed up!

An excellent location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The cottages are perfect, spotlessly clean and homely with good quality furnishings. Thank you Barbara and Mark for making us feel so welcome.

I stayed for 3 days in late Feb/early March in Cockle Cottage. It was wonderful, finished to a high standard, beautifully located, well equipped, spotless and welcoming! The location is superb - near wonderful beaches, scenic views, National Trust venues and pretty towns/villages. The Roseland is an unspoilt area of Cornwall and well worth a visit. This is an amazing...

Thank - you Keith for those kind words, we are really glad you enjoyed your stay in Cockle Cottage. We love this area as it is one of the quieter parts of Cornwall but you are only an hour or so from St Ives, Lands End, etc, Falmouth, Padstow and the Eden Project are even closer. My wife and I stayed here back in August. The first week in the self-catering 'Cockle Cottage' and the final three days in the B&B part of the barns. Mark & Barbara were the most welcoming and helpful proprietors. The first week we spent there we were treated to the most amazing get-away in Cockle Cottage. Quiet, secluded and spacious....

I cannot over stress the importance of these reviews with people keep coming back to Roundhouse Barn Holidays you may think the owners would eventually drop the ball! I am most please to say this definitely not the case. The exceptional high standard of these cottages cannot be over emphasised and after returning many times we always leave refreshed and...
