This is a really comfortable place to stay, the hosts are very welcoming and they helped me immensely with my plans for the day. Sadly my room didn't have a view, and be aware that there is quite a hill to walk up from the town centre.

What a lovely bed and breakfast with such a friendly hostess Jayne ! I stayed for 4 nights in a lovely comfortable bed with a great ensuite . The view from the room and breakfast room was superb and the village of St Mawes within a short walk although it is very steep in places . I was meeting up... More

Stayed in this wonderful little B&B in the picturesque seaside town of St Mawes. Beautifully decorated room with tea and coffee facility, flat screen TV, wifi, ensuite. Yummy breakfast of your choice . Walk to town centre. The friendly hostess Jayne made us feel very welcome. Would defiantly stay again highly recommended.

LN is a quality B&B with very low prices. The quality is excellent at such a low cost. It is expertly run by Jayne who provides first class accomodation , good free parking ( quiet road ) , excellent breakfast for only £60 per room per night. It is well located to explore St Mawes and the Roseland. Highly recommended.

I have just stayed at this scarce St Mawes bnb for three nights and was delighted with the welcome, comfort and value for money it represented. I did a solo trip meeting up with friends who were also holidaying there and Jayne, the owner, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and although there was no... I would thoroughly recommend staying here. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the views of St Mawes amazing. Parking is not a problem as the road is on a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a fridge, fresh milk and water available at all times. The house is a very quiet location, a brilliant place to relax and unwind and... More

The B&B is on the hill above St Mawes and you have a fantastic view over the bay when you have breakfast. Jayne was an excellent host and the room was very comfortable and the clean. The breakfast was excellent and there was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. St Mawes is only a 5 minute walk down the hill and... More

Lovely welcome by Jayne. The views from here are just amazing. Rooms very well appointed and beds comfy. Great to have a bath as well as the shower. A hot bath after our walk from portloe was just the ticket!! Up a steep hill but they all are along this stretch of the coast and no problem for us. Thanks... More

Jayne gave us a warm welcome and our room was absolutely lovely, the bed so comfortable and the view over St Mawes harbour stunning. In the morning our breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as cereals and the most delicious "Full Cornish!" We will definitely be re-booking next time we're in the beautiful Roseland Peninsular.

Booked the B&B through a suggestion from the local shop. Was very short notice but room was made. Felt extremely welcomed and at home, was staying by myself but never felt alone. The place has a very comfortable feel and my room made me very relaxed especially the joy of finding out I had a bathtub! I could see the... More
