I visited this hotel to look at the view of the Tintagel Castle. I carried my own tea and a scone (the staff were lovely and made it feel like I was at my own home/castle, haha!) and sat at a table on the terrace which had the most stunning view of the Tintagel Castle, I cannot describe how awesome...

The Camelot is comfortable and very pleasant with a warmful welcome by the landowners and the Staff. The castle is very well located close to Tintagel, the medieval ruins of the former castle, Merlin's cave, beautiful cliffs and beaches and an easy to walk footpath leading to old Church on the cliff. In the Castle we could meet Ted Stourton,...

We found this place online and took a chance. They are refurbishing, so some things are in process. But the room was lovely, clean and comfortable with stunning views. The staff was superb, the food was delicious and beautifully served.

My partner and I booked a night's stay at the castle, last minute, as we decided we needed a quick break away. We booked a basic double room at what we thought was a reasonable price....as we were staying in a castle! The drive down to the castle is stunning and the claims of the best coffee in Cornwall, art...

This hotel is quirky in the wrong sort of way, ok the views are great but they are even better well away from the hotel. Anything good about the interior is sharply dragged down by the awful paintings by someone called Staunton ( Ted ), the best thing since Monet, that cheered me up !! The food was only OK.

We had a room in the top floor with a sea view. The room 303 was clean and the bed very comfortable with 4 lovely pillows. Bathroom nice with an excellent shower. The views were stunning. When I got there my kettle was broken and within 10 minutes after reporting it a new one arrived. We had a drink in...

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed here and we cannot praise the place enough. The hotel, the staff, the food, the surroundings - Bliss! As annual visitors to Cornwall this hotel is one of the highlights of our visit. Even our pet dog loves it here! Already looking forward to next year.

Firstly a beautiful view over Tintagel Castle and a large comfy bed. The room wasn't particularly clean. The bathroom was so small my partner couldn't get in the shower and had to have the bathroom door open to brush his teeth! There was nobody on the front desk for us to check out and had to wait 10 minutes for...

The Room on second floor with sea view was comfortable enough but needed to be updated with keeping of the rest of the building .I think you're expectations from what you see outside disappoint from the room. But as you are only sleeping there can be quickly forgotten. The bathroom ,a very small all in one was functional and gave the...
