Stayed in room 2 and this was adequate. Later stayed in family room and had a shower that barely got warm and the tray filled up with water really quick so couldn't stay in too long. Full English was good but one day had scrambled egg and beans on toast. On side burnt other side raw and eggs had been...

Very central to the shops, local to bars, restaurants, near the train station and had Free Parking and Wifi. The welcome was very friendly and breakfast was average however sadly...

The family room had two double beds in, I suppose, but one was completely enormous and the other was a three-quarters bed, wedged into an alcove. The bathroom was so tiny that there was no...

There must be thousands of B&Bs like this up and down the country. Adequate, but dated and depressing accommodation. Scraping by, unable to afford to redecorate or replace tired, worn out fixtures and fittings, just like this. Most of them probably also have cheery staff and a decent location, just like this. The Clock Tower is one of many, but...

The staff is really friendly and the hotel is quite good considering its price. My room was on the top floor (4 stairs and no elevator) and the receptionist offered to carry my really heavy and huge suitcase. The bathroom was probably the smallest I've seen in my entire life but it was clean. The breakfast is also quite good....

Great value, basic but clean .. decor dated but I dont really care about that as long as the bed etc is clean and comfy which it was . Lots of coffee and tea. Soap and shower gel available in the bathroom. I would have liked a bath but the shower was good and hot water plentiful...I managed to park...
