I booked this as a overnight stay for hubby and I on a working weekend away - reading some of the reviews I was slightly nervous. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Lovely friendly welcome - room was slightly tight for space but that was because of the massive bed which Id rather have than room to dance. Room was...

Young lady on reception very polite and helpful made you feel very welcome. Got in to room and it smelt very musty so opened the window to get some fresh air in Room was basic but other than the smell it was clean and tidy I would think twice about stopping at this hotel a second time

We were a large group celebrating a special occasion, we were staying one night before my daughters pass out at Lympestone. The Manager Louise was so efficient and helpful when I made the booking, she was informative, and meticulously went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure everything was perfect for each and everyone of our friends and...

Just stayed here, this almost motel type place has been refurbished and our room was great with super king bed with bath and shower over although some rooms are shower only. There's a Toby Carvery attached which was great. All the staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly. Cannot fault especially for the price of £147 for 3 nights (winter offer)

I stayed here for two nights and i have to say the room is absolutely fine its clean, comfortable and shower is good. But if I stayed again i would have room only as the 'Toby' breakfast is misleading. You can have room and full breakfast which is great if you like powdered egg fluffed up for scrabbled egg and...

Got free night from virgin experiences after purchasing house insurance. The room was basic but functional. Central location but the recent refurbishment still cannot hide its original 70s roots. The room was too hot even with heating off in the middle of October. There are other better value places around if you do your research. To be fair you get...

Stayed in a twin room, comfortable beds, bathroom slightly dated, some toiletries supplied, accommodation suited to short stay. Toby carvery connected, book a table as it can get very busy. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Lots of available parking either side, very close to the airport. But only heard 2 planes fly overhead. Would stay again if travelling...
