10 minute walk from the railway station, very easy to find & ideally located for the city centre & university which is a lovely 20 minute walk through a park. Room was clean, beds comfy with decent bedding, shower spotless & hot. Shower room, toilet & basin surrounded by opaque glass which allowed light to enter but you could see...

Great for 1 night stay, good location for city enter and university, both only a max of 15 min walk, breakfast was good and service was fast. Could do with a bit of an upgrade throughout, matching carpets on all the stairs would help, swap bath towels for bath sheets & put out mugs instead of cups in the rooms....

The perfect spot -a boutique hotel rather than a B&B. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and in a perfect location, close to the university and the town centre. Breakfast is excellent, too. Only downside: tiny bathrooms, but comfortable rooms make up for it.

I hired the single room, it was clean tidy and perfect for a one night stay in Exeter. It took me just over 5 minutes to walk in to the centre of Exeter, and 15 minutes to walk to Uni. The single room had a sink which was an added bonus, and the breakfast in the morning was brilliant! Staff...

We stayed 3 nights for my daughters graduation. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Good choice for breakfast, and all quickly served from ordering. Would return if we're ever back that way.

Stayed one night only-room quite comfortable. Thank you for doing my breakfast bacon slices 'well done' as requested. I do hope however that the smoke from the blackened chargrilled ends did not block your extractor fan.

On a business trip to Exeter I found this great B&B. Great location, short walk to City centre. Was very clean and the breakfast was hot and ample with a good choice. Would I stay there again if I found myself in Exeter, YES.

We stayed here two nights in mid-June. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but still a reasonable walk to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The bathroom was particularly tight which is why I give this B&B 4 stars instead of 5. However, this is an old house and the bathroom was...

We're so happy that you like what we've got to offer, and that you appreciate it's a very old building, and as you say there are larger rooms available, so we hope we can accommodate you again soon.

After attending a wedding nearby we decides to stay overnight and found this B and B being the closest to the venue. I honestly didn't expect much merely somewhere to rest our befuddled heads. However I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean airy and rather large, we also had our own bathroom which was great, there were a lot...
