My wife found the braeside online & the price, location were perfect. Check in was from 11/11:30 & as we didn't need to check in immediately we just took our front door/room...

We stayed at the Braeside Guest House for one night whilst attending the radio 1 big weekend. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home. The rooms and facilities were great and the bed....the best night sleep ever, so comfy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night and overall we had a very pleasant stay. There is noting to moan about! We were welcomed very friendly, the room was very tidy and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing is that in this room you can look into the shower....so if you share a room with somebody you are not...

Great location, friendly and sincere owners. The road is close by, but quite at the night. Every room has different style, you could chose yours. City itself discovers wide history, 2-3 days worth to stay. Close by village Topsham is highly suggested for walk, food, antiques store

Great location but parking is an issue even with the parking permit the room we had was adequate but if we had been staying longer we would have needed more space Priced about right The owner was very pleasant Clean and tidy and ideal for venturing out into the city centre

I stayed for a few nights during the week, whilst on a business trip. The owners, a friendly couple was really friendly - advising on how to get around and providing me with local information. Breakfast wasn't included, but when I arrived I couldn't resist the lovely smell of cooking and they allowed me to purchase breakfast on the day...

We spent a night recently at the braeside and have never been made to feel so welcome. Parking was arranged and help with luggage was on hand. Breakfast was excellent and in a homely setting. We would definitely stay again if we are in that area

We stayed here as a stop off while visiting friends. The location was fairly central - easy walk to centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The couple were fantastic - really friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Nice room lovely breakfast. The only and thing is the traffic. But all in all a very nice stay. Rooms have everything you need and the owners are very nice and helpful. A very enjoyable stay which went to help with a busy time at work in the days. Thank you

Braeside was pretty much the cheapest offer in Exeter when I made a last minute booking for a work trip. So I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be central, well appointed and run with friendly warmth and care. I walked 200 yards from Exeter Central. My single room was reached via three flights of winding stairs. It...
