Once again I returned to this guesthouse, I have been here a few times now, and as usual the owners are so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are nice and cosy, just what you need. My husbands favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast, Linda & Clive (the owners) do a lovely cooked breakfast, and also have a selection...

Quiet location, just what I needed after a long day at work. Friendly staff, clean rooms and just few minute walk to the town centre. Plenty of restaurants and pubs around. Car parking across the street available for £13.00 for the night, but the hotel charges and provides parking permit for only £3.00 to park outside the B&B. Didn't get...

Very clean B&B with good sized room. We had triple room (No2) ie double and single bed with in room shower. Private bathroom down the corridor. Not the usual bland corporate cheap hotel a normal family run B&B. Great cooked breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect location for Exeter - easy walk into the city centre only ten minutes away and...

Excellent location, less than a 5 minute level walk to city centre and attractions that are city centre based. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Handy on street parking permits from guest house owners to save finding a local car park.

A convenient location, close to the Exeter central station (very convenient for the prison too!) and good value at £45/single or £65/double. I found the room small but comfortable and the breakfast was decent. A slight pain in having to go downstairs for a shower for room 9 and the toilet was next door but not a problem and there...

Braeside Guesthouse is located at only approximately 10 minutes' walking distance from Exeter Cathedral and the heart of the city, which was the main reason for us to choose this accommodation. The house seems to have been recently refurbished; our twin-room was clean, but rather small (we only just managed to squeeze in our two suitcases), as was the en-suite...
