Unexpected visit to a beautifull B&B with a great (historical) atmosphere. The owner is very warm, enthusiastic (ask him anything about regional sites and history) and interested in his guests.
My girlfriend and I will certainly be visiting Lynmouth and this B&B in the future!

We try to keep everybody happy our Gluten fee crumpets
are particularly popular,our prices are competitive and we apologise
if the crumpets were not hot enough.We have many customers who are regulars that come back year after year we must be doing something right.
We arrived quite late but could not have had more help if Cliff and Josie tried, Straight away allowing us parking outside his home so we could get down to pub Cliff recommended for a meal before cut off time,
