    The room was comfortable,food nice and the staff very friendly but without a doubt it is well passed it's best, a lot of money, time and effort is required to bring the hotel back to it's former glory

    This hotel is in an amazing location. Hotel itself is very tired and dated with no WiFi in bedrooms. TV was very old and basic with three channels available which they did inform you on notices around the hotel that the signal was not good....More

    Hello lenty58, There are 4 steps into the hotel with a handrail, then an additional 4 steps once inside the hotel. There is level access via the fire escape at the side of building. The door is left open during the summer... More
