Stayed for one night on way to coombe Martin. Great location and easy to find... Small double perfect for what it was. Bathroom excellent. Crazy Alice in Wonderland door. Offered tea and cake on arrival. Perfect breakfast......hostess couldn't have been more helpful.... Shame we couldn't have stayed longer..

My partner and I stayed at The Fernery this weekend for two nights. What a beautiful place! We have a lovely room with all facilities overlooking the garden. Jo was an amazing owner / host. The breakfast was excellent and she was very friendly and provided a car permit for all day parking and lots of information about the area....

Hard to fault this place. A lovely B&B run by a very friendly lady, who made us feel very welcome, and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The Fernery is located right next to the town, which makes it a great place to stay to explore Lynton and Lynmouth. Sadly we only stayed one...

The accommodation is great. Lynton is small, and this place is very close to the main road. Rooms are attractive with super bedding (one of the best we have experienced every). Jo specializes in extensive breakfasts. Best is Jo's welcoming and warm personality. We really appreciated it.

A great stay for my wifes 40th birthday. Went to Lynton on our honeymoon so good to be back 5 years later. Nice central location with easy access to exmoor. Great breakfast and nice little garden to sit in. Nice comfy big bed would definitely come back again.

A great welcome of tea and cake sat in the small, walled garden. Friendly and helpful host. Room 1 was cosy with a very comfortable king bed and nice quality bedding. Very quiet and in a good location, a short walk from the Cliff railway. Parking along the road but reasonable. Good value for money. Breakfast was very nice with...

The Fernery is run by Jo, a lovely and friendly lady, who provided us with coffee and fabulous home made cakes on our arrival. The breakfast is varied, well prepared and plenty of it! This includes delicious home made bread. There are only three rooms at The Fernery, so all the guests sit at one large table in a friendly...

Loved my stay here. Very comfortable room, bed, furnishings, although small. Cosy sitting room for guests with fireplace & lit fire. Excellent breakfast. Location very good and close walk to everything. The host was very friendly. It's a beautiful town and area, and we wish we had more time to explore. Very quiet at night though. Restaurants stop around 9pm.
