The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of options. The room was furnished with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The house is located close to the center of Lynton with a public footpath behind the house with a direct access from it. The hosts were very nice, conscientious and helpful. And there is also a honesty bar...

Woodlands Guesthouse is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are finished to a high spec. Our room looked out onto the woodlands opposite. The breakfast menu was imaginative, plenty of vegetarian options. Hosts are very welcoming. Only a 5 minute walk along a tree-lined path into Lynton. Full marks!
