Very warm welcome from Susan and John at this lovely B&B. Perfect room at the top of the house, very clean with nice touches and a very good breakfast. Five minutes walk into the town or, in the other direction, onto the most stunning coastal walk.

This B&B is great value for money. While our room was located up 2 flights of narrow stairs, the room itself was very well appointed, with some nice extra touches, such as a fancy chocolate on the pillow, bottled water, and a biscuit jar. The shower was fantastic, with great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also...

The Denes is brilliant. We had a day trip to Lundy Island booked, sailing from Ilfracombe, and decided to use Lynton as a base to stay overnight the night before and on return from Lundy. What a great decision. The Denes is a big property with several well decorated and comfy rooms. Lynton itself is just a five minute walk...

We stayed here for 2 nights (a Saturday and Sunday) as a last minute online booking. The b&b is run by a lovely couple - John and Susan - who are very welcoming and friendly. We arrived early and they were more than happy for us to leave the car on the car park (at the back of the house)...

We had a lovely room and breakfast, best breakfast of our week so far walking the South West Coastal Path. Lovely cake and tea when we arrived. The hosts were very welcoming and the rooms were very clean and well decorated. Nice quiet location close to The Valley of Rocks and town pubs and restaurants.

We only had the one night on the way home from Cornwall and what a little find. I booked because of the reviews I had seen and all 5 star reviewers were correct. A most charming house and the interior is so different, like stepping back in time to the 40s,50s. Utterly delightful. Clean, comfortable and breakfast was excellent being...
