We have just come back from a lovely 2 night stay at The Seawood Hotel. Kerinda and the staff were fantastic. Great homemade food, an upgrade to a huge room with fantastic sea view, just wish we could have stayed longer.

I believe all rooms have one large bed, not twins. I do not remember seeing a lift and do not think there is one. The flights of stairs are rather long and steep if one is in poor health. Russ and Kerinda are very helpful and will carry your bags and odd bits and pieces up and down the stairs for you, but you will still need to navigate stairs on your own.
