Stayed here for a night for an early Christmas shopping trip with my daughter. Managed to park ok in car park situated at back of hotel. Nice clean room and very warm. Easy walk into Barbican and Plymouth itself and also very close to Plymouth Hoe. Breakfast was good. Nothing to complain about. Would stay again. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely rooms albeit a little small but very comfortable. excellent breakfast, very close to Plymouth Ho and a short walk to the Barbican area which has lots of pubs and restaurants. Good rate booked in advance , would definitely return there.

Arrived in pouring rain, soaked to the skin. Wonderful warm welcome from reception. Beautiful room, very comfy and as we suffered with heavy colds we were pleased to have a warm dry comfy room. Downside, no evening meal service but the Indian over the road was perfectly fine. Breakfast was fabulous, fruit, yogurt, croissants plus cooked. Very attentive staff. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Plymouth. Gorgeous hotel, close to the Hoe and the city centre. Limited free parking or the hotel offer a permit for £6 a day, which is great value. We had a family room, which was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was included, and there was a great range to choose from including croissants, fruit and a cooked breakfast. We opted for the “works” which was throughly enjoyable! Highly recommend and will definitely visit again
