We've now stayed here twice in 2 different cottages and they were both so cosy (Points Park and Orchard Cottage) - Points had just been re-decorated and Orchard was getting a new bathroom when we were there. Cathy the owner is so friendly and will always help with anything you need. The dogs are very friendly and as they are...

My wife and I have stayed here many times. The cottages are so relaxing and well equipped. The farm is picturesque, with rolling hills and friendly sheep and chickens. I could easily spend all day just walking around the farm just enjoying the views.

This is a v spacious studio cottage, which contains a high quality interior and very well equipped kitchen area. In the bathroom there was lovely soap and shampoo - a nice touch. On arrival we were greeted with a delicious cream tea and fresh flowers. The bedroom is comfortable and has a great view over the fields. Due to the...

My parents and I stayed with family there this past week. It was lovely! Cathy, the owner, had scones, clotted cream and jam waiting for us when we arrived! The cottage was perfectly clean and cosy! We were there during the time when the sheep got sheared and it was so interesting to see! We would live there if we...

I visited these cottages a number of times in my childhood and decided to treat my partner to a cosy weekend away in January this year. It was exactly as I remembered. We stayed in Points Park Cottage, a quirky accommodation with the bedroom downstairs and living area upstairs. The cottage is clean and finished well with all of the...

Cathy who runs the cottages is friendly and helpful...a delightful person who is happy to help with any questions or problems. The cottage is well kitted out, very clean and everything works. Orchard cottage has it's own small...

We spent a week in Orchard Cottage which is a characterful, cute and comfy cottage, well equipped for self catering. Cathy and her animals, especially the beautiful lambs were the best of hosts. We even had a delicious home made cream tea waiting for us when we arrived! Surrounded by stunning views and a lovely brook. Near Modbury which has...

Had an absolutely amazing time. Cottages we clean and really well equipped. Friendly and welcoming reception. The sheep and ponies were a joy to see. We loved petting the dogs and they were great around the children. Was hard to leave but we will definitely be back.

This is the third time we have stayed here now as its location and host are second to none. Cathy's hospitality is superb and the cottages are very well kept. Stunningly beautiful beaches are only a walk away and Dartmoor is only 20 minute drive. Skylights allow you to watch the incredible nightsky which is so clear with no light...
