A pleasant guest house within 1 minute walk of the Ho, and also a gentle walk into Plymouth centre. The landlady, Jan is very welcoming without being over-bearing and the breakfast was fine, with plenty of choice.

We had a nice stay and Jan was very accommodating with our bikes, we emailed ahead and she let us store them in the garden. Room was well stocked with tea and coffee. She also catered for dairy free and veggie breakfasts. Thank you.
We had a lovely welcome and we were delightfully hosted throughout our stay. The family room (room 6) was great for travelling with little ones with a door to separate our bed from the children's space and very spacious for all.
