Just spent 4 nights here with my wife and daughter. What a super B&B. Nothing too much trouble, spotlessly clean, fabulous room and breakfast. Parking very easy on street outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Paul made me very welcome. Good breakfast and well appointed room, although not en-suite. The Tudor is within a minute or two of the Hoe and walked to the University in 10 minutes so it it very conveniently placed. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Paul and family were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and consistently good each day. The room was great with everything working which was a first...
