On arrival we found there was no hotel car park so we had to pay £15+ in a public car park for 48 hours. Our room overlooked derelict buildings but that didn't matter too much as the window was so disgustingly dirty we couldn't see out anyway! We also had a very wet window and frame on the inside. We...

We stayed from Friday 9th till Sunday 11th of December at Derrys cross. First time staying at this travelodge. Have to say that we will be staying again! Staff were welcoming and friendly, rooms were excellent. There's no bar/restaurant here but it is literally 5/10 minutes from the town centre of Plymouth. There's also no on site car park but...

stayed here many times due to the location to plymouth pavillions, 3 lads staying in the room above us thought it would be a laugh to throw things out of the window at 3am including smashing a bottle on the floor, our sleep was ruined but then thats not the hotels fault,as we were staying in the family room perhaps travelodge...

Hotel was clean, carpets were poorly fitted 1st floor corridor, shower curtain made it difficult to shower and water ended up on the floor. Packed breakfast was unappetising and extra. Greeting receptionist was unpleasant, check out receptionist was lovely.

The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Kept awake at night due the night club music from below the hotel. Staff looked scruffy. Shower was very low power. Good location in centre of Plymouth. Cheap but wouldn't stay again.

I stayed for 1 night for a business trip and I have to say I feel a lot of the reviewers for this place are being very unreasonable. I've stayed in many Travelodge's and have never had any of the problems people are highlighting. Check in was simple, the room rate was the cheapest around, the staff were very friendly,...

Lovely travelodge! Great value, 5miniute walk into the town and right next to loads of food restaurants, the staff were very friendly, only fault is that there wasn't enough plug sockets in the room, would like there to be some next to the beds.
