Our room was 27-29 degrees during our stay with no way to reduce the temperature. Fans provided were very noisy and did little to reduce the temperature. We were traveling with a young baby who, not surprisingly, struggled with the heat. I was not impressed by the lack of sympathy or help offered by the staff but as we were...

Pleasant stay with family. Good check in and staff very friendly. Good location for harbour and walking distance to city centre and attractions. Only gripe- the temperature of the rooms and building itself. It gets very hot at night and even with the provision of two fans it is uncomfortable sleeping. You are warned about this when booking and informed...

Stayed at this premier inn on Tuesday night (11th August). As a standard premier inn it's fine, if a little noisy. The location is good for central Plymouth & the Hoe. But the hot breakfast in the attached facility was awful. The food was shoved under my nose whilst I was still eating a bowl of cereal, the food was...

The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating throughout our stay and even reallocated our rooms so we could have adjoining rooms as there were six of us in the party. However the rooms felt at the basic end of the Premier Inn range. Although it was not a particularly hot night we were unable to get much sleep due...

Stayed here for 4 nights, used as a base to visit Cornwall and other parts of Devon. Overall a good premier inn in a good location. We had a family room so had sofa bed and single bed for 2 older children. The single bed was extremely hard with no mattress just the bed frame with a sheet. Luckily we...

So pretty handy right next to the aquarium and harbour and only about 15 minutes from Plymouth Hoe and 20 from the shopping centre. Staff friendly especially in Restaurant for breakfast. Talking of breakfast, my first experience and boy was it worth the money when craving a good fry up! Overall good value for money but not so sure I...

We stayed here on 6/8/15. Over night due to an event at the aquarium. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us some advice on parking and eating at restaurant. There was a group of ten of us and check in was smooth and efficient. Will definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Very good breakfast, very quiet room. Good choice. Would come again. Very easy to walk to town center. Large room but requested some furniture (chair). Seems much better that the other Premier Inn next to it.

Booked this last minute and glad we did. Bed was amazingly comfortable we did not want to get up in the morning! Would stay here again. Very quiet, close to marine life centre. Staff were also very helpful.
