Very comfortable rooms, looks small from outside but just like a tardis inside!! Room plenty big enough for three adults. Well equipped with TV tea coffee etc. Well placed for town and harbour - but taxis cheap and very prompt. Breakfast served from 9-930 but earlier if booked the night before - really really good full english - no need...

Just spent a night in this small and friendly hotel, our 1st in a family run business and a real eye opener in the personal touch rather than the usual corporate hotels we normally use. Gina and her staff couldn't have been nicer, great breakfast - great value for money. Gina, thanks for the chocs but really not necessary

I enjoyed an excellent 2 night stay whilst visiting family in the area. Although bedroom small, very welcoming, comfortable and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Convenient location for walking into town or seafront. Overall, superb value for money.

Firstly I would like to start by saying how genuinely lovely Gina is as well as the rest of her family that I met. It is so refreshing to meet such a genuinely considerate and lovely person. She absolutely made our holiday a stress free visit! She couldn't do any more for you if she tried, outstanding lady. The B&B...

Lovely B&B close to the seafront and town centre. Breakfast was excellent. Gina was great host, very friendly and helpful. Kids really enjoyed it as never stayed in B&B before. Car parking provided at rear, although there is only a few spaces.

Can't really fault the hotel overall. Clean room, freindly staff and great breakfast. Short walk to the beach which is always a bonus and then not much further to the centre of Torquay. The only things which prevent a 5/5 is the room was a bit tight for having a travel cot set up for a toddler (worked around it...

A clean bright B&B. Our room was small with a very small bathroom, but the tariff was small to match it. The bed was very comfortable too. There's a nice area to sit outside on the front of the B&B which is kept clean and offers smokers a little area to sit down. The breakfast was acceptable. This B&B is...
