This was a well run hotel. I found the room was clean and tidy. The food was of a good selection. Only one thing I found was that down a hill to the prom and back up to the hotel you can get a bus into town and the prom from the next street

this was the fourth time we have stayed at the abbey lawn and the service has always been first rate .we stayed for four nights over the easter period and despite the hotel being full the restaurant and bar staff were excellent.barry and heidi run a very efficient and friendly hotel.they seem to work very long hours but are always...

Ok reality check £126 for 2 adults for two nights dinner bed and breakfast Room little dated but exceptionally clean food well cooked and prepared just enough, staff attentive and nice, it's really quirky here and some people need to have real expectations of what they are getting which is good value clean comfy quirky and a nice overall stay...

We have just spent another lovely Christmas at the abbey lawn. Barry and Heidi make sure you have a good time and are really helpful if you need anything. Our room (304) was very clean and comfortable.☺our Robinsons coach driver Charlie is lovely and makes the long journey fun.we have booked for Christmas 2016 and looking forward to it.

a great 4 days 5 nights, over the xmas period 2015, great staff and excellent service all the time. our waiter steve was informative and attentive. We felt there was too much food as each meal breakfast lunch and tea was 3 courses, a bit too much for us. all the entertainment was great. The lift was old fashioned but...

Had a lovely 2 days at the Abby Hotel via a Groupon deal in Nov 2015. Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel run their own coaches from this hotel so a lot of older people, but who cares really! we had a lovely large room on the lower ground floor with patio doors and access to a patio, great!...

Felt like I had walked into a 1950's B&B in Blackpool. Hotel decor very shabby. Hotel Management did not care about guests at all, were very unfriedly and unhelpful. Breakfast and Dinner were served at 8.30 and 18.30 exactly with no variation allowed. Single room smelt musty and the bathroom was so dated it had no handrails for the shower...

As i stated in my last review complained about room 309 to this day still not had answers as mr lord stated in his letter he would be in touch not good enough like takeing your money but you musnt complain about things that are not right gives robinsons a bad name as i stated food fine and staff work...
