Just returned from a 5 day holiday with Robinsons, never having travelled with them before. I was picked up close to home & from then onwards everything was a pleasure, nothing too much trouble for anyone, the organisation acted professional. The rooms were comfortable, clean, the view worth paying extra for a sea view. Good selection of food served efficiently....

Had a very good early holiday at the Abbey Lawn Hotel. Went with Robinson's Coach tours. The room was clean and the view lovely. Food choices were good and portions more than adequate. Service was quick and friendly. We would definately go again. The Robinson's driver, Allan was brilliant and gave more than a basic service while we were there.

We were very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and the quick efficient service that they provided. The room was clean with fresh white sheets and towels. Stayed in this hotel for a week in July. The floors all creak, the one and only lift is a disgrace, the armchairs in reception look ok until you sit down and nearly fall to the floor. The pool area needs a good clean at the very least. We paid extra for a 'Premier room '' I hate to think...

We stayed here for 7 nights. We paid extra for a front facing room, which was large with a lovely view over the tennis courts and out to sea. The room was very clean but the bed cover looked very old and worn, also did not like having a blanket instead of a duvet, and the shower curtain had mould...

The creaking floors in this hotel are a great put off we were awoken every morning at 6-30 by the person above us walking across the floor. The coach driver was really good and well above average as a courier. The bedroom was dated as are most older hotels but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was...
