What a wonderful place to stay. The owner Richard was so welcoming and friendly. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was a blessing with a small child. The decor was stunning and the period features with a modern twist felt like luxury. We stayed in the family room on the ground floor. The room was spotlessly clean, the...

Tasteful, stylish, welcoming, private, quiet, rooms with high ceilings and good quality furniture, fittings and floors - these were the first things that struck us as we entered Rutland Lodge. Then we entered the beautiful lounge, sun-filled conservatory and well equipped spotlessly clean kitchen. We had only booked one night as a 'pit-stop' on our way to Exeter but wished...

The host has done a grand job restoring this victorian house with modern furniture/ fixtures, not what I would have expected in a B & B at all. Our room had incredibly high...

You have full use of a kitchen and lounge if you wish with on and off road parking. The host was friendly and very helpful and we would...

Myself and my daughter stayed in a double room for 4 nights. It was wonderful to say the least. The house is beautiful and has been lovingly refurbished. It really feels like you are staying with friends in a town house, not a swirly carpet in sight. The bed was better than the one I have at home and the...

Decorated in beautiful designer wallpapers and furnished with smart furniture and luxury linen, this hotel was a joy to stay in. Located near some lovely wine bars and restaurants, this...
