Stayed here in August 2018. Couldn't fault it, I honestly don't get the negative reviews but each to their own I suppose.
Would definitely stay again, lovely clean room, air conditioning, friendly staff and an ideal spot for exploring.
Sea view was a bonus too!

We were moved to a disabled room after a problem with our original one (the hotel was otherwise fully booked). This room had a large bathroom with an open plan/ wet style shower - i.e. there was no bath, just an open area with a curtain which could be pulled round. It was a little way from reception and we also used a few stairs to access it (I think there was also a lift). I would suggest you call them to check suitability/ availability.
