I highly recommend a stay at the Imperial hotel. Booking a short break with extra's was lovely - 3 course dinner on first night was superb and the afternoon tea on the 2nd day was ideal. The views are spectacular and the location for seeing Torquay and what it has to offer is perfect. Very nice staff in all areas...

Booked a very expensive spa day here for my wifes birthday. When she received the vouchers she spent an entire day trying to phone both on the main number and the spa number. It just rang and rang and rang. Nobody could be bothered to answer. Eventually in the evening reception answered. They were unable to put my wife through...

We stayed in the hotel for a weekend, with adults and children. The hotel is lovely, and has a very impressive reception and bar. Unfortunately our room was, whilst very clean, looking quite tired. VERY creaky floorboards to our room, which was absolutely roasting, however the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy, and dinner...

Both my wife and myself loved our visit to this iconic hotel steeped in history Anyone with a panchayat for Agatha Christie will love this hotel where she and her husband honeymooned and the surrounding areas gave her inspiration for her novels Classic style hotel with great staff

We visited this hotel Friday to Sunday and enjoyed every minute of it. We went with friends and arrived at around 6.30 pm, we dropped the bags in the room and met for a pre dinner drink. After drinks we went for dinner which was nice and relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After dinner we headed back...

It is sad to see that a once very grand hotel has lost one of its stars and is beginning to look in need of a good look at the finer details. The staff were, overall, very good and attentive. Wonderful view over the bay if you are in a deluxe room and that makes up for some of the...

My husband booked us an overnight stay here for my birthday. We were very pleased to be told at check in that we had received a complimentary room upgrade to the deluxe suite which was like a small apartment, with lovely sea views! We took advantage of the Spa facilities, sadly the jacuzzi wasn't working which was a disappointment. It...
