We stayed at this hotel on a coach trip for 3 nights in February on half board. The food was excellent. Breakfast and the evening meal were so filling and beautifully cooked. Also every meal was hot. The hotel very welcoming and clean.

Spent Christmas at this hotel, the food was very good, the staff were excellent, but the holiday was spoiled by the poor condition of the hotel. The bed was lumpy & uncomfortable, the shower was either stone cold or boiling hot, the toilet seat was loose & moved when sat on, the ballroom was hot & stuffy, overall very disappointed,...

This hotel offers good value for the money. It is a little down at heel but clean, the food was good and entertainment was thrown in too. We went for a weekend break to celebrate my mum's 85th birthday. Luckily she is quite mobile and could manage the stairs to our lower floor room. There is also a separate lounge,...

Yes the reviews are correct depending on how spoilt you are. Of course its tired but the staff more than make up for this. Most people are on coach tours. You get what you pay for and I have no complaints. Cheapest drinks for Mike's around.. my thanks to the barman who was helpful and forever smiling. I want some...

The hotel car park was small so parking was an issue. Had to park further away. The concierge was polite and friendly as were all the staff, however... There was no soap in our ensuit so improvised with shaving soap, the bed was very hard so couldn't get comfortable, the other guests in several rooms were noisy until gone 3:30...
