Stayed here for 4 nights recently on a B&B basis. Beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows out onto balcony, very comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facility, hairdryer, iron and board. Full bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely and clean. Owner welcoming and helpful with places to eat. Really friendly waiter at breakfast who was very accomodating with extra tea/coffee, toast....

Stayed here for 5 nights... on a BnB basis. The standard of the rooms was high, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, from Full English to some continental options. I think there were 9 or 10 rooms so small and cosy. Has it's own parking which critical in Torquay. It's about a 10-15 min walk downhill into central...

Lovely - beautiful spacious room, welcoming hosts, immaculately clean. Walking distance to The front if you are reasonably fit - about 15 minutes. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. There is free parking but a couple of the spaces are quite tight to get into.

Faultless - immaculately clean, fridge, room fan, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee and tea making facilities ( now converted to YOrkshire Tea ) and biscuits - faultless nice quiet spot - a bit of a stroll to the front but pleasant - car parking was a blessing !

We stayed here with our teen boys, and booked two rooms. The rooms are large and have nice furniture. One of the rooms had a balcony. The hotel is on a quiet location, about 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. Car park on the premises. Great hospitality, good and large beds, good breakfast. It was without doubt the best...
